Terms of Service

When you book a service through the Freshora website, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with booking a service.

Booking Confirmation
Booking a service online does not guarantee availability for your requested date/time. We will contact you via email or phone to confirm your booking.

Cleaning Providers
All Freshora cleaning providers are rigorously vetted and held to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in Minneapolis, MN, due to safety concerns, the presence of weapons, extreme clutter, or the lack of essential utilities.

Cleaning Day Preparation
Please ensure that areas needing cleaning are accessible by clearing away any clutter. Contact us in advance if you need additional services, so we can adjust your cleaning fee accordingly.

Extra Services
Additional services are available for an extra charge, including:

Heavy-duty cleaning
Detailed blind cleaning
Oven interior cleaning
Dishes Pets
Our team works comfortably around pets. However, we may withdraw service if a pet becomes aggressive or poses a safety risk.

Service Fees
Initial quotes are based on average conditions and may be adjusted according to the actual state of your home. Freshora does not own or control any contractors hired to do the service.

Payments
An automatic hold will be placed on the funds for credit/debit card payments three days prior to the cleaning date. Charges will be processed after the service is completed.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds but are committed to resolving any oversights if reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Subscription Service Discount
Recurring service discounts apply after the initial cleaning. Skipping cleanings may adjust your rate.

Increases in Rate
Rates may be revised due to significant changes in your service requirements or living situation.

Lockouts
A $100 fee applies if our team cannot access your home at the scheduled service time.

Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to avoid fees.

Alarm and Equipment
Please disable any security systems or provide instructions if you prefer us to use your vacuum or cleaning supplies. We are not responsible for damage to personal equipment.

Limitations
We do not clean hazardous materials, nor do we engage in mold removal or clean in hoarding situations.

Breakage/Damage and Loss
Our professionals are insured for any accidental damage, but we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing wear and tear or improperly installed items.

Provider’s Arrival Window
While we strive for punctuality, please allow for flexibility due to unforeseen circumstances.

Holidays
Service is not provided on major holidays. Affected appointments will be rescheduled.

House Key/Key Release
We cannot be held responsible for issues related to keys left in unsecured locations for our providers.

Non-Solicitation
Directly hiring Freshora staff outside of our service is not permitted.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Minneapolis, MN.

We aim to maintain a transparent and user-friendly service. Your suggestions for improvements are always welcome. Freshora reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
